Installing the dialler

Your may download a software dialler from this page.  This dialler will enable you to make calls directly from your PC.  The application is based on our own Transcom VOIP software dialler.   You can download the installation file using the link below.  You may freely distribute this software.The dialler will work with all versions of the Windows operating system.  You need to run the file to install the software.

Using the dialler
When you start the dialler, you will see a page prompting for your account details, you will also see this page every time you start the application from the icon on your desktop or the Start Menu. 


Enter the account credentials

You should enter your Account Number and Password for your account.   These are the numbers that were generated when you created your account.  Then, simply press Click here to connect.  A connection to our system will be attempted.   When you start the dialler for the first time, a wizard will start up and help you test and select the audio devices to use with the software.


The main dialler window

After the authentication with our system is attempted, then main dialler window will be displayed (see above).  If the authentication has been successful, the available funds for the account should be displayed.

Testing the dialler

To test the dialler installation, you can call 123 by typing this number in the yellow area and pressing the Place the call button.   You should hear the following announcement:

“This is the Internet Telephony calling service.  Please contact your service provider to activate your account”.
